Mr. Lyons is certified in civil trial advocacy and in trial preparation by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and civil litigation. He is an experienced mediator, having been appointed by judges in several counties and chosen by attorneys and parties for his expertise handling both plaintiff and defendant aspects of personal injury litigation. He has lectured on trial practice at the University Of Wisconsin Law School for many years, presented CLE courses on litigation, and authored a chapter in the Law of Damages
Mr. Schulz has more than 30 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in commercial and real estate transactions, estate planning and administration and in business law. He has a background in civil litigation and represents clients both in transactional matters and in litigation when necessary. He has taught continuing legal education for attorneys on the subjects of probate and trust administration, ethics and negotiations.
Mr. Wickhem is of counsel to the firm. Retiring from the active practice of law, he is available to consult with members of the firm on subjects of ethics and litigation. In the past, Mr. Wickhem has represented plaintiffs in many million-dollar cases and lectured for the State Bar on the subject of plaintiff representation. He is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been recognized as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer.
