Mark Schulz has been representing individuals and businesses for 35 years. Currently he concentrates his practice in the areas of
estate planning
and wealth building, probate, trust administration, real estate, business and commercial transactions. Mr. Schulz is regularly appointed by the Rock County courts to handle complex and difficult probate matters where parties are unrepresented. Courts make these appointments because of his knowledge and realistic approach to complex legal problems. He uses his experience and expertise to enable his clients to close complex transactions. Because of his familiarity with the applicable tax codes, he is able to use his expertise in estate planning and probate to minimize or eliminate taxes on succession.
Mr. Schulz has considerable experience in civil litigation. If necessary, he can and does represent his clients not only in transactional law, but in related necessary litigation.
Mr. Schulz was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on July 9, 1954. He majored in Russian and political science at Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa in 1976. Part of his college studies were in Italy. He obtained his law degree (J.D.) from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 1979.
Mr. Schulz and his wife Karen live in Milton, Wisconsin. He is active in his local and national church, travels extensively overseas, and serves in a number of community and charitable organizations.
